Our Vision
Colmeneras Collective imagines a community where people grow by becoming more aligned with who they truly are, not the stories they inherited or the roles they were prescribed. Through coaching, consulting, and the reflective tools of Crossroads & Cadence, individuals learn to tell truer stories, challenge outdated patterns, and move toward futures shaped by clarity and intention. As each person steps into their authentic rhythm, the larger community becomes stronger, more connected, and better able to support one another through what comes next.
How I Work
I blend practical systems thinking with intuitive, human‑centered approaches to help people and teams move through change with clarity and confidence, drawing on a way of seeing that notices patterns, connections, and the small details that shape the larger story.
My work is grounded, relational, and adaptive, shaped by more than a decade in human and social services and leadership in community spaces. Whether I’m coaching an individual or consulting with an organization, I focus on what creates personal alignment, strengthens connection, and improves workflow processes, while helping people challenge outdated patterns and move toward futures shaped by intention and possibility.
Services I Offer
- 1:1 Coaching — support for individuals navigating transition, seeking clarity, or moving toward deeper alignment in their personal or professional lives. As a Level One QHD Specialist, I incorporate foundational Human Design insights when helpful to deepen self‑understanding and support aligned decision‑making.
- Consulting — guidance for leaders and teams to strengthen communication, improve workflow processes, and create more connected, resilient organizational cultures.
- Wedding Officiating — ceremonies rooted in presence, story, and connection, crafted with intention and care.
